Your Rights, Our Obligations,
and the Rules That Govern Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wim388 ("wim388", "the Platform", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing the wim388 website, creating an account, making a PKR deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by wim388, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create a wim388 account and must not use the platform in any capacity. Continued use of the wim388 platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made to them in accordance with Clause 12 below.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active wim388 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wim388 strictly enforces this age restriction across all registration pathways. Any person found to have registered while under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed and any PKR balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system) registering in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistan mobile number, and a working email address.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended wim388 account. wim388 permits only one account per player. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, voluntary or otherwise, with wim388 or any affiliated platform.

wim388 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point during the registration process or subsequently as part of a Know Your Customer (KYC) review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending PKR withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your wim388 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

wim388 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from wim388 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

• You must use a strong, unique password for your wim388 account and update it periodically.
• You must log out of your wim388 account after each session on any shared or public device.
• You must notify wim388 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• wim388 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

wim388 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious login activity is detected, including logins from unexpected geographic locations or devices, pending a security verification review.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on the wim388 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wim388 does not impose currency conversion on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals from Pakistan:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• HBL Bank transfer
• UBL Bank transfer
• MCB Bank transfer
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Raast instant payment system

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the wim388 banking page and may be updated periodically. wim388 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside wim388's control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First withdrawals require document submission for identity verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and MCB accounts are typically processed within 24 hours.

wim388 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds 100,000 PKR or that is flagged by our internal compliance systems as requiring enhanced due diligence.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

wim388 offers a variety of promotional bonuses, free spins, and PKR credits to eligible Pakistan players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion's own terms sheet:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR. The wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion.
• Bonus credits and real money PKR balances are wagered separately. Real money is wagered first by default unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• Free spins and free bet credits may only be used on the specific games or markets designated within the promotion terms.
• wim388 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin wagering strategies intended to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or providing false registration information.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• wim388 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be honoured under the terms that were in effect at the time of crediting.

06 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on wim388 Casino, including Jackpot Slots, live dealer tables, Cockfighting markets, and sports betting events such as HBL Pakistan Super League fixtures, are governed by their own individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific game rules take precedence over these general Terms with respect to game conduct only.

wim388 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all electronic games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards as electronic games. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel.

• Bets placed by you via the wim388 platform are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or altered after submission.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted at wim388's discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, wim388's system logs are the definitive record of game state at the time of the failure and will be used to determine the outcome.
• wim388 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on incorrect odds, or as a result of a software malfunction, and to refund the original PKR stake to the player's account.

07 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wim388 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of PKR balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, including via different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the wim388 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing PKR through the platform without genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a vulnerability must report it immediately to [email protected].
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during KYC or account verification processes.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name to make deposits or receive withdrawals.

wim388 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally in relation to suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity involving the platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

wim388 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistan players. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. wim388 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much PKR you can deposit into your wim388 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged into wim388 for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your wim388 account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or extended self-exclusion from the wim388 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen notifications during gaming sessions showing your net session win/loss in PKR.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the wim388 platform — including but not limited to the wim388 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text content, promotional materials, and the overall website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of wim388 or its licensed third-party suppliers. No part of the wim388 platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, or exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of wim388.

Game content provided by third-party game studios is licensed to wim388 for use on the platform and remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wim388 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the wim388 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of PKR balance as a result of technical failure, or any other monetary loss not directly caused by proven wim388 negligence.

wim388's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that player's wim388 account at the time the claim arose, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

wim388 shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond wim388's reasonable control, including telecommunications network outages, payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.

11 Privacy and Data

wim388 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Pakistan players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the wim388 Privacy Policy.

wim388 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

12 Amendments to Terms

wim388 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wim388 will notify registered Pakistan players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the wim388 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and takes precedence over any earlier version. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or from use of the wim388 platform, shall first be referred to wim388's internal dispute resolution process as described in Clause 14 below before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through wim388's internal process within 30 days of being formally lodged, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistan law.

14 Contact and Complaints

If you have a complaint, dispute, or query relating to these Terms or to your wim388 account, please contact our English-speaking Pakistan support team in the first instance. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the following channels:

When submitting a complaint, please include your wim388 account username, the nature of your complaint, the approximate date and time of the issue, and any relevant transaction references or PKR amounts involved. This will allow our team to investigate and respond as efficiently as possible.

wim388 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex complaints involving third-party payment providers or game studios may take up to 14 business days to fully resolve.
